We would like to be able to limit the libraries to our own. This way our users would only be able to select from the organizations, causes, etc. that we preselect for them. Making a standardization process easier for us.

Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

This would also help prevent lazy admins from adding duplicate organisations, causes etc. with extra characters like @ # so they can then search for their own amongst the system library. All this does is make it more difficult for everyone else.
