We keep having form templates disappear from the system, even though we have a limited amount of BU admins, and we have a process to remove form templates, these keep disappearing. When reported to FV we're always told that an expiry date has been set, but we don't use expiry dates, and given there is no audit trail, we can't see how this is happening.
Could the expiry date either have a second notification warning that it will remove the form when expired, or isn't live and has to be activated before it can be set through a tick box or similar. This would enable us to demonstrate this isn't being implemented by the team, or stop people accidentally using it without understanding its purpose?
