Otherwise, as we have discovered. When a task is issued to the site team from say the Clerk of Works, they then forward on the task to an appropriate subcontractor. This does not include the photographs when the tasks are forwarded so any that were on the original task will not show on the forwarded task. It means the subcontractor or whoever is receiving the forwarded task will only have the description - not the photos or annotations for more detail.
