The current system allows for multiple people within the same organisation to have access to tasks/forms. However it doesn't allow for groups of organisations to be set up that share access.
For example the client and the architect may be different organisations, but need to both have access to the same information. Similarly multiple subcontractors of the same trade may need access to the same info, but not the subcontractors of other trades.
