GetProcessDetails() gives you all the information from a process and allows you to see what elements have and haven't been started yet. What the current API doesn't allow you to do is sort the information in the correct order to be able to identify what task should happen before another starts. If you look at the process in the UI in Fieldview it shows the steps in the correct order but when you extract this information out using the API you don't have an index to allow you to replicate this.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

At this time we are not collecting that data to enable these API endpoints. This is a good suggestion and I'll add it to the backlog so when we are working on the next generation of processes that we can keep this in mind.
