We currently have issues with device users creating forms by dragging and dropping them on a location through 'Add a New Form' rather than opening the forms through the processes which have been assigned for them. Could we erase the ability to create forms outside of an assigned process.

I was wondering if it could be an option that you can tick when assigning the forms onto a project for example or when editing a form template?

The challenge here is I don't want to block other customers from doing this if they need to. Is it reasonable to train your users not to do this so it doesn't interfere with your processes?
