Edit and Remove Form Types

This is useful to all field and office personnel. To have the ability to change these form types will prevent future confusion and unused fields.

Yes, at present, next to the "Form Type" drop down menu box within the "Edit Form Details & Permission" screen, there is a "Add/Edit Form Type" button next to the drop down box. However, when you click on this button, you can only add a new form type but cannot remove or edit old form types. This would be a great function that Field View should look into improving, as it would enable users to remove or edit old redundant or duplicate form types.
