Our customer service team send us field view quality inspections when inspecting our apartments, the thing is we have over 150 apartments in a block sometimes and over 12 apartments a floor. when we receive the forms, on them is all the information that the customer service team have to go through...however we do not to see all this information. we only need to see the snags (items have they have brought up or ticked no on the field view form) in doing this we can have the quality inspections shrunk down into one easy form, which only needs to show where the snag is and what the snag is (not really bothered about the pictures)
in doing this we will save a lot of time going through these forms which are sometimes 15 pages long and wont have to walk every trade through the form as it will be much easier to use.
we should be able to; upon receiving a form be able to choose between all items & action items/suggestions.

This is a really good idea - it helps everyone involved to see exactly what needs to be done rather than getting lost in a lot of other information.
This is a fantastic idea and will save so much time to the construction team. Is this something that will be implemented soon
