The form headers on the website and in the csv report contain the form header. When exporting out the form report which displays a pin of where the form was raised, this doesn't give the form title, and therefore it makes it very difficult to differentiate between the different form instances without opening each one. If this could be added to the form report that would be very helpful for those trying to monitor close out.
