We've noticed a issue that has been reoccurring around the platform in various projects/forms. That issue is when working in the online portal at times the form will not save an answer, or it will save some and not save others. It will notify you that answers have not been saved, but often times then it will just sit there and not save, sometimes if you wait for an extensive period it will finally save or if you start changing answers you can get it to save.
Including a force save perhaps in the drop down actions panel would help resolve this, as this issue is increasingly affecting functionality.
