Currently barcode prefixes can only be used once in an Enterprise, restricting businesses within the enterprise to have to use the form that has that prefix. If businesses have different versions or requirements of a similar form and want to use the same prefix, they have to come up with different prefixes. Make barcode prefixes restricted to business, not enterprise.
