task should send automaticly as soon as created/synced otherwise the contractor will not receive for up to 24 hours later. when this could have been resolved the same day

I'm also concerned about real time and overwhelming the contractors with messages. If one gets too many, then the tendency is to ignore them all. If we were to do this, then we would have to give an option to continue to batch process them as we currently do. Anyone else care to comment?

If this does get implemented, please give us the option to select which format we would like to use (One email vs many emails). I understand Harvey's logic, but also concerned with overwhelming some subcontractors with mass amounts of notification emails.

We are exploring real time upload to see the best methodology. What we are exploring is would our user base want the experience to get a lot of notices on every task? Your input is important and I'd like your perspective.
