In our application of FV, 000s of child forms are opened from Parent Forms. The Child forms describe a particular aspect of an initial assessment conducted on the Parent Form. At the moment each time a child form is opened, all the header information about the Contractor, the Location, the Programme, (about 6-8 Fields) has to be entered from scratch, which is time consuming. Can we have an option in the form designer to allow the user to "Populate from Parent". This could be an option against each question bearing the same alias as the parent or a button which only appears when a child form has been opened from a parent form so that the user can "Populate all available fields from Parent". Where the Aliases match then the fields will be filled with the answers given in the parent form.

We need that feature, what's the point to type the same data twice in several fields where both are linked together.
