It would be nice to be able to modify the resolution period of a task based on the project and task type. Example would be a safety task type you may want the resolution period to be 1 day vs 5-7 days for a regular quality task.

Hi Brant - You can also set up a different resolution period by Package, if that helps. Thank you
Hi Brant,
You can already do this, if you go to Project Setup > Assign > Task Types and right click on the task type, the top option allows you to change the resolution period (screenshot attached). This should overide the package or project default (normally 7 calendar days).
Resolution periods can be set per Business Package, Business Task Type or per Project, Project Package, Project Task Type and in the Task itself.
