Projects displayed at lower business unit tiers are being incorrectly displayed for users with administrator roles who create projects.
If you create a project under a lower tier business unit, it will be visible under ALL business units, but only for the administrator who created the project. It will appear correctly for all other users and all other administrators.
This should be fixed.
