I think there needs to be a much stronger presence and level of engagement by Viewpoint/FieldView admin in this Suggestion Box space. Often when I raise an issue on Clearview, I get redirected to the suggestion box.
I understand that there are many suggestions that get raised and it would be quite a task for the one person to respond to each and every suggestion, but as paying customers, I think it is only fair that suggestions get timely, detailed responses, regardless of how small or insignificant the suggestion may seem.
I recently submitted a suggestion and realized I had submitted a similar suggestion almost three years ago now. There are many other suggestions that have received a decent amount of votes that are years old with no status update or response. I just think there needs to be more engagement to give users confidence that their suggestions for improvements are being acknowledged. Even if there is no intention to implement, at least update the status and provide a response so that users aren't eagerly waiting on changes that will never happen and can thus look for alternative solutions.

Suggestion List didn't get consistent attention in the past, but there is a cross functional group within Viewpoint that are reviewing all the current and older posts for what would be beneficial updates to the software. Unfortunately not all suggestions will actually make it to the roadmap due to priority and value for the community. If there are suggestions that are critical to your business that you feel have not gotten the attention they need please reach out to your sales contact and they will help you get them escalated.
