Display tasks at project level for all subareas

Subcontractors and General Contractor need a way to have a list view on an iPad to be able to see a single comprehensive list of ALL open issues that encompasses the entire project at once.  In the current version of FiledView the subcontractors can apply a filter that shows all tasks that apply to them, and filter for all open tasks but the resulting list only covers the tasks that were created at that level of the area tree.  Subs AND GC staff are not going to want to do more clicking within the mobile app to different levels of the area tree.  Bottom line - if it is not simple, they won’t use it.  We should not have to go into the web-based app to get a single complete list of all open tasks on the project.
