The ability to issue tasks immediately once the tablet syncs, similar to how the forms work, would be extremely useful for possession works where you only have a small window of time on site to rectify issues before the next possession. Typically we would have 48 hrs of possession and up to 23hrs can be lost waiting for that notification to reach the recipient.

Thanks for the input. At this time we are not keen to change the cadence of the nightly summary but there is possibility to review to add an additional notification for specific more urgent tasks. I believe the need you are trying to solve for is for high priority tasks. An area we are looking to explore is the opportunity to schedule tasks as we are currently working through for forms that would solve for the same challenge. I'll mark this for review as a backlog item as it is not currently targeted but a good suggestion.
Yes please!!! Some tasks are very important to be solved same day!
This is the same as Suggestion FV-I-80 which is currently listed as 'Planned' so I suggest we change the status of this one also.
Could not have put it better myself Gillan. How they can't be processed and distributed within minutes like forms are is beyond me. And tasks (which typically have actions attached to them) are much more urgent than what is in a form.
