Could the PDF generated from the tablet reflect the same header fields as the PDF reports from the website. As an example the location of the form only shows the final level of the geometry on the PDF rather than the entire breadcrumb, this is critical if you have areas with similar names in different locations. Master Bedroom or ensuite means nothing without a connection to the apartment number it is located within.
Sadly this feature is useless for us without this level of data.
