Within the Project Setup > Assign area, you have the ability to assign multiple or single items to a project, but there is no ability to select all items at once. All that's required is a select/deselect all box at the top of each Project and Business side, just like in the New Web for Tasks & Forms, etc there is a select/deselect at the top.
This would save so much time when needing to assign / unassign items to an ongoing project, such as new forms which are configured, etc
