The subject title of forms do not allow for quick and easy searches. Please can we have an option to include the Form "Title" within the subject line of the email.

Dear FieldView - I have worked this out, Please do not make any changes to the Form Emails as we are testing the integration with our correspondence system, to ensure that the forms are sent to the right people and everyone knows who they have been sent to.
BUT if you can still include the email address that the form is sent to in one email that wold be great.
