Users would like the ability to change the type of task - at the moment we can not change this, however everything else can be changed - location, description, comments, due date, etc. But task type can not be changed, this does cause some issues when users need to change a task for the client from defect to client defect. It would save a lot of time and make users more efficient if they were able to change this as at the moment we need to close the task and raise it again which wastes time.
