When a task or form is sent out via the system (task report auto send or form distribution) there are some issues with our subcontractors receiving the report. It would be useful to be able to add a message to be included within the message body and to be able to edit the file name that is sent out as currently it is system generated. Even if there was a standard of Project Name - Form Name - Form Reference, this would improve uptake with our subcontractors and site managers as currently our SMs need to download the form/distribute to themselves, rename the file and send out in a new email and this wastes time and is not efficient.
