Change form statuses via API call

On larger projects where Fieldview is integrated with other softwares and form instances and content is sometimes edited, updated and controlled by API functions it will be highly useful to have an API call that enables the forms status to be updated after API form field edits have taken place.  In our particular case a third party system manages Non Conformances.  The severity and NCR reference needs to be communicated back to the original form in Fieldview for reporting and improvement of traceability.  This will be required for thousands of forms over the course of the project  and save a significant manual effort.
