Be able to manage 'causes' via business rather than the 'system'.

Currently, any cause added by any business appears across every project. this results in hundred of irrelevant causes that have to look through to only assign 15 causes. Each business should be able to manage their own cause lists.

The ability to manage our own Causes list is a MVP solution. An improvement would be to allow the ability to edit a cause and then apply it to all tasks/forms that had already used it. So for example we changed 'damaged' to 'damaged - lack of care' we could apply that change of cause to everywhere in our the system that had already been used. Even better again would be the option to decide this on a project by project basis.
