When adding a distribution to a form we do this on a project per project basis instead of the Business Unit because we use VFP on a project per project basis to to then automatically distribute our forms into for archive. On many of our projects we have roughly 100 forms. As we have to use the add external email address to add the VFP drop box emails to each form we cannot use the Business Unit distribution list feature. This means that whenever there is a query on where forms are being distributed we need to go into each form on Field View to see which emails have been added to it for distribution. Could we please have the ability to have an export of which forms have a distribution list associated and subsequently which email addresses are part of the distribution for that form?

There needs to be a way of quickly and easily identifying the email address associated with forms. Either by adding an extra column on field view or being to extrapolate out the data into excel. The laborious way of going into each individual form is painstaking.
It would save time if we were able to export a list of forms which also details the associated e-mail address, thereby showing us very quickly if any have been missed.
It would be good to see at a glance which forms have an associated distribution list and what those email addresses are, rather than having to go into every form on every project. Thanks Ruth.
I raised another similar request (https://fieldview.ideas.aha.io/ideas/FV-I-663) however I was hoping the list of distributions could be shown on an additional column next to the Organisation column.
As a work around we are creating a register of each project, each form and all distributions however this really is a double up of work and would be much better to be able to export or be able to see the overall distributions without having to go into each individual form.
