The emphasis is currently on users to keep checking the status of issues - such as the system-wide sync server error today. It would be useful to be able to individually sign up as a user to different issues and cases that have been raised on ClearView, for both system-wide problems and cases reported by other users, to receive an automated message when the system is updated and statuses potentially change.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

We are wasting so much time chasing FV Support each time there is a system error, which unfortunately is more frequent than I'd like. It would be great to be alerted to these rather than having to discover the issue ourselves or after our site teams, and looking red faced that we didn't know.
