We have a damage task which is issued to the company who needs to repair the damage. Within the task we use the 'Caused by' field. Unfortuantely, the 'Caused by' field isn't notified within the distribution that they have caused damage. Is it possible for this to be enhanced in anyway?
If not, would it be possible to enhance New Field View and add 'Caused by' in the filter which would allow us to manaually run a report and send this to the subcontractor with the photos attached (Photos attached is high importance)
This is an issue for us as we need to be notifying the subcontractor that they are going to charged for damage caused by themsleves.
