Bulk download option is good, however it should allow you to use a checkbox to manually select exactly which forms we would like to download from the list that has been filtered.
This is because not necessarily every form in the filtered list will be required.

Adding impact as reported:
We don’t make full use of the bulk form downloader because of limitations in its functionality. Even when downloading a flat folder structure a lot of clicks are required to get to each form and associated attachments/photos. If transferring to a Doc Control system this reduces efficiency
Suggestions:
Don’t download signatures as pictures
Allow all filtered forms to appear on a single pdf
Allow all forms to appear in a single folder, with other single folders for photos and attachment
