I have received feedback from the business that the android clock that is presented when completing 'time' questions is very fiddly to use. Is there any way that this could be changed to a scroll menu clock? The issue doesn't appear to exist with Apple & Windows OS. We use the recommended Samsung Galaxy Tablets

Hi Betsie
Glad to have taught you some new life skills (or words anyway).
We use the recommended Samsung Galaxy tablets. If we choose a time, or date and time question, the clock that we are presented with is quite fiddly to use, especially going forward, for operatives who may have fingers as big as tobelerones

When using a different device, such as my Surface, then the selection is pretty much the standard type for times in apps. Some of our testing panel have requested that I investigate the possibility of the clock being available on the tablets in the same format as that on my Surface.

I’m pretty sure that I know the answer, but felt it was worth asking anyway – I’ll give you another saying. Shy bairns get nowt (Shy people do not get anything)

Hi Betsie, I think what the OP was referring to was the way users have to input time on android devices. It is a circular clock interface (See attached) where you have to first select the short hand hour, then select the long hand minutes. It's quite intuitive once you've used it a couple times but can be confusing for first time users. It is fiddly only because it differs to almost every other digital time input where you usually just spin the hr/min/sec dial until you reach the number you want. It would be good to have uniformity across devices as our some of our clients will be using Ipads.
First of all, I love the term fiddly and plan to start using that immediately. Help me understand where you are using the clock so we can better investigate how it is acting up. Would you be able to provide me a screen shot or send me an email with an example?
