This would be nice as well as this is coming up with our projects now as well. Since we have multiple foreman under one company it would be nice to issue the tasks being assigned to a specific foreman in that company.

I will have multiple gangs working for me both as direct company labour and from external contractors. I need to task a specific gang, not the organisation so that the correct people carry out the work.

I assume you mean you prefer the option to assign to an individual instead of assigning it to a package? I can probably come up with some scenarios on where/why this would be a benefit but I would like to hear the context from you. Can you provide more detail?
