AN observation I have made is that it takes a long time to upload a question repeatedly. it may be beneficial to create an excel form builder where multiple forms could be created at once. Not sure how easy this would be to do but would greatly enhance the administrator experience

We agree, it does take a long time to upload a question repeatedly. We think it would be infinitely more valuable if you could copy the entire form which of course would include multiple questions and allow you more control. This is something that we are planning out and I'd like to combine your suggestion with copy forms. Does that work for you?
