It would be good to have the option that form distribution be one single e-mail to all recipients rather than separate e-mails to each recipient. That would allow people to see who the form was sent to, keep better records, and enable faster conversations in response to the form.

By combining all email recipients in one email the conversation moves to the email client.

Hi Betsie, how would implementing this feature take away from the benefit of tracking communication within FV? To see TO recipients all in the one email would be a good option to be able to toggle on or off depending on project preference, I think many of our projects would be interested in this.
Communication history could still be referred to for reports if necessary. Communication history is a Fieldview feature that many project users don't typically refer to.

Thank you for the suggestion. While I appreciate the need to improve communication speeds but however it takes away from the benefit of tracking communication within FV. Perhaps you would want to utilize a comments field within the form as a work around.
