I would greatly benefit people if you got a notification on your tablet home/ lock screen when a task has been issued. This would allow subcontractors to open the task and zoom in to close them out almost instantly.

We have a story identified for the roadmap that would show mobile users their assignments in a list format instead of having to drill down to the location. I believe this would solve the root problem you are asking to address. I am going to merge this request to that work item so you can track progress when the work starts up.

Our team recently suggested a similar idea, that would also include highlighting tasks coming due (or overdue) and anything that has been rejected (i.e. moved backwards in the workflow)
