We need to be able to change the appearance of the forms generated from FV. At a minimum color and font. Our clients review our documents and we have company standards for colors.

This is definately needed and surprising that it's not already. Why is the form name four times the size of the form title?!

I think this would be a great addition for formatting. I also requested a while ago the option to be able to place your company logo on the form itself.

Yes. At least start with form colors. Each company has their own colors and it will really look a lot better if FV form report colors are the same with any other forms of the company.

If the layout of the REPORT VERSION of a form matched the WEBSITE VERSION that would be much clearer for the users to review. Currently the text on the REPORT VERSION is all the same and the boxes that are complete/not complete are not obvious... this is even worse if the users are signing on the website rather than the tablet as the electronic signature again is all the same font etc.
What would be useful to change;
1. Layout of forms (on the web, tablet and form report) needs to be improved to make it possible to view more information on one page. On a word/excel form you would be able to see 50%/100% of check sheet information. Currently on our Field View forms you can only see small parts of the forms. This makes it much harder to manage.
2. Boxes that are not signed need to be clearer (maybe they could be red until signed or marked as N/A. At a minimum this should happen in report view.
3. Again the format of Forms needs to change so the forms are not so long. In a word/Excel version of a form it might be 1 or 2 pages, on Field View a signed form can be 10, 20 or 30 pages.
4. Contractors need customization options for the General font and colors on forms and reports.

It would be useful to have the layout of the form report the same as/similar to the layout of a closed form i.e signatures to the right of the page rather than underneath the question.

This would be extremely helpful. As well as being able to change the layout of the form from Landscape to Portrait.
