When previewing a form that has been created and assigned to a project, the specific parameters of the questions, text fields, tables etc. should be able to be reviewed. Similar to how we can click into the form questions in the design mode, but they should be Gray'd out and unable to be edited while being reviewed in the preview mode.

Creating a copy to see parameters of question in a forms in use is not a satisfactory solution. User should be able to see question parameters of current forms without having to do this
