Working on a new version of a form that has a table with many static rows currently only allows new rows added at the bottom. I need to be able to either choose where to insert a new row or have the ability to move rows up or down (similar to regular questions on the form and even the columns within a table).

Agree, this would be very useful, instead of having to redo the whole table :)
This would save a lot of hassle when additional questions are needed within an existing table. Which is a common occurrence as operational changes and testing often result in additional checks needing to be made.
The Move option exists for all of the other form elements. The function appears to edit the SortOrder field for the moved item and all subsequent items to maintain the layout when producing the form. There are SortOrder fields for the table rows too, so hopefully this wouldn't be a difficult change.
This would be very useful. We have to revise a form and a new line item has been added which is at the top of the table so unfortunately have to go and delete and recreate all rows underneath.
Great idea. We are researching ideas to improve reporting and I'll add this request in.
Yes!!! Why has this not been done already?! nearly a year later, I can move everything else but not something that makes up 90% of a form.
