During a project it may be required some changes to be made whilst users are already creating forms and or tasks. Currently, if a form/task has been deleted and/or replaced by an Administrator while a project editor is in the process of creating a form/task this will get recreated once the project editor synchronise the app. This will create Non-conformance in Quality Assurance due to usage of an obsolete form/tasks.
