As a workflow can be used across multiple forms, it's difficult to know what forms will be impacted when making a change to the workflow. When a forms library builds up beyond a few forms, this becomes unmanageable, but it seems poor administration to create identical workflows multiple times. The form identifies the associated workflow, it would be useful if a workflow could also identify it's associated forms.

Hi Betsie, creating an individual workflow for an individual form is not solving the problem. This is poor administration practice which would lead to a HUGE number of workflows. Really a library of 1000's of workflows seems very unnecessary, and would lead to additional work for BU Admins. Being able to view all forms currently using a workflow would be very useful and is currently impossible.
Suggestion to name your workflow after you form to solve this problem.
