We need to be able to identify who has last made changes to form templates, or any section of the admin. We have frequently had form templates disappear, and the reason for it is an expiry date has been set, however none of the admin team set these, so it would be good to track these changes so we can address any training needs, or potential bugs within the system. We've also had task types added, users removed, workflows updated etc, and it would be useful to see who had made these changes to understand why they have happened.

It is disappointing that in 5 years this has not been addressed and would consider that it sits in a grey area of ISO Quality compliance having no audit trail for form creates and amends
An audit log is an important part of SaaS so it was surprising to find that Field View doesn't provide this critical security feature. We need this feature as soon as possible.
Totally agree with all comments and the original post. This is a really obvoius failing in the system currently.
Agree somewhat, there should be security/audit trails for everything in a similar vain to VFP. However as Lorna and David have stated the main concern at the moment should be the administration side of Field View, as this is where the business is most at risk.
The information within Field View can be called upon as evidence in legal cases to prove that someone has/has not done something. The current lack of security means that this "evidence" can be altered at any time with no audit trail.
