Currently you can copy and paste an image into the "Insert Text" boxes on forms, when you double click there is then further options. However this will only show on a form that's opened on the web, not on the devices. These images would be really good for including information that cannot be built in Field View, i.e a Risk Matrix table that cannot be replicated as a static table.
That way the tablet users can view the images that the form creator has added to the form whilst out in the field. Attached is an example, first image is from the New Web, second is from the device, third is an example of a table which cannot be replicated in Field View, but would be good to have as an image instead.

If you host the image elsewhere (e.g. on your company website hosting) you can insert it using html output. I just commented about it here https://fieldview.ideas.aha.io/ideas/FV-I-604.

This functionality has now stopped working on the web - how can you remove functionality without replacing it?
We need to be able to insert images into form templates - or be able to attach photos to form templates - so our teams in the field can see the images that are referenced in our forms and the are there to be seen every time a new instance of the form is raised.
