Go to project setup and assign a form template
Select a form and right click to select distribution list
Add distribution lists to the statuses.
In relation to the above function, we require the ability to bulk select multiple forms as currently the software only allows us to select one at a time. We recently had to change 29 forms due to legislation per project. With over a 100 projects this task took in excess of 30+ hours which is unacceptable. Bearing in mind the frequent changes in legislation this is a task that we frequently carry out.

These forms can change frequently dependant on legislation, process or media attention with the example of fire safety being a major focus point due to recent tragedies. This function is pivotal to be able to deliver key checks in a dynamic industry.
