Create a form similar to other online forms where people can create threads and discuss topics relevant to how Field View is used and how it can be used or how they would like for it to be used. This would be in addition to the suggestions and promote discussion within the community.

This is a great idea but a difficult one to implement for an online forum and is out of the scope of the product. There are a number of communities that set up groups in their local areas.
