Recent update to Forms including bringing the functionality that was only in classic web is now in the new web experience. This should be resolved.

No option to filter by attachments, i.e. to be able to see forms with
• Photos
• Attachments
• Comments
Proposed solution;
Add these options as filters, along with any other options from Classic FV
