enabling / putting a hold point on subcontractors to add photo on tablet / pc when changing status to complete

By insisiting the sub contractor to take a photo, it would mean that works would not be delayed if inspection by MC is not possible at a particular time. There would always be a record of work that had been rectified. It is not always practical for MC to be informed immediately a task status is changed and this would probably mean less downtime on site and also if agreed then works could proceed at subbys risk once photo accompanies status change to complete. In my role as I am not on site permanently, then works cannot stop until I visit.
