All plant and machinery will have a QR code so that it can be scanned to check for its history. Essentially a profile for a machine or equipment
All plant generally has a GA form to be filled out weekly and then a major inspection.
This should allow a check of its date of inspections and prompt when tasks are overdue on the equipment

There are a few things here to address. First of all you can track your equipment as an asset. And then you can associate a task for this asset. The missing piece is the scheduling of tasks that currently is not available in FV. However we are working on scheduling Forms and could reuse that work for tasks.
