Each employee named on the system for assigning a permit too, will have a profile assigned to them (possibly accessed through a QR Code)
The profile will state their credentials ie. trade qualification / safe pass / manual handling CSCS and expiry dates for training.
More indepth it will have a history of previous projects they were on, safety violations or even good saves etc
This will help when inducting somone and also when issuing a permit that the person is competent.
