There are a lot of good suggestions in here. We are reviewing reports and what we can do to make them more polished. While we may not be able to accomplish all on this list I believe we can make good progress.
The attached (Danish) report has also a communication thread included, who did what and when, added e.g. a picture when making a comment. So all corronspondance makes it to the report, send out to, not only when status changes, also when commented.

It would be nice if the text in reports was larger also as it is difficult to read. You can zoom in easily, but it would be nice if you could have entire page displayed and still be able to read the report.
This relates mainly to tables where a row has been completed, comments, actions and photos are placed below the table, not as rows within the table, which makes it hard to read. So yes please can we have this one.
