Occasionally, we have forms that are incomplete and left open for a number of weeks or months and users then forget what they should have input in the form or sometimes we have people leave the company and it is guesswork trying to get forms completed in order to close out. Bulk closing out of forms can save a huge amount of time for such instances, with the ability to leave a comment against these forms as to why they are closed (written-off) but incomplete.
