At present, if you set a role for a subcontractor with "View Process Tasks", they can only view process tasks that are assigned to their package and not the entire process. The issue is that if the process that is set-up requires a handover from contractor to another, they cannot view tasks above or below their own tasks. If you set the subcontractor role with "View Original Tasks", then this allows them to see all tasks (as well as process tasks) across the job.

We have the same issue. A process will invariably involve multiple trades, but as none of them can view the progression of the process as a whole, they don't know when they should be actioning their part of it.
Having a separate permission for process task types would help, or the Process Manager > View Process Reports permission to cover the whole process as it already states it is view only.
